Being new to the lab during times when in-person meetings are not possible or are limited, can be very challenging. So we’d like to give new hires the opportunity to access information easier, find support, and most importantly, connect with others.

To help our new hires out, we’d like to keep a group of existing postdocs who are willing to act as a “labmate” for new postdocs.

How does it work?

We will randomly match you with a new Postdoc and encourage you to help them to connect with other lab employees, get to know the lab culture and find answers to their questions.


You will receive an e-mail including contacts to your "labmate", so you can reach out.
