Even still, this application takes only 10 to 30 minutes to complete, which isn't so long when you think about working for us the rest of your life. Okay, that's optimistic, but staffing is a major commitment that can change how you see and think about conventions forever. As a general guideline we ask Furry Fiesta staffers to give at least 12 hours of their time during a convention cycle, usually in scheduled on site shifts. However, there are some roles can be performed entirely offsite. Commitment levels can vary by role.
More motivated staffers may be involved in the creative and operational planning stages year-round, but your maximum participation level is largely up to you. During the initial interview, we can talk about these time commitments, available roles, and what best fits your unique situation.
