As most of you will already know, we offer the use of the Treasurer Test as part of our services. Next to technical treasury knowledge, this assessment also measures the personality profile of the candidate. This provides valuable information to make an informed decision on which candidate is the best fit for the role, the team ánd the organisation as a whole.
Of the 28 personality traits that are measured with this assessment, we chose 16 traits to report on. We chose these traits because we think they are the most insightful when making a decision in the recruitment process of a treasurer.
