Greeters & Welcome Team: Assist with welcoming attendees and greeting the boys of color as they enter the Agricenter.

Registration Team: Assist in registering participants and distributing materials.

Logistics and Setup Crew: Help with the setup of the event space, signage, and managing necessary equipment.

Food and Refreshments Team: Coordinate the distribution of snacks and meals, ensuring all dietary needs are met.

Crowd Control: Assist with monitoring and managing students during breakfast, lunch, and whole-group sessions to ensure order and a positive experience for all.

First Aid and Safety Personnel: Provide basic first aid and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Session Transition Support: Help with guiding participants to and from sessions, ensuring smooth operations and transitions.

Time Management Coordinator: Keep track of the event schedule, ensure sessions and activities start and end on time.

Clean-Up Crew: Assist with post-event clean-up, ensuring the venue is left in excellent condition.
