I agree with the following :
1. All members are part of this joint community. They can enjoy privileges such as: a guaranteed seat at Tapa Talks (registration required), monthly member's meetings (open to +1), opportunity to vote and participate in the growth of the organisation, exclusive partner events, and more! Everything is optional :)
2. Members can also participate in organising future upcoming events. If interested in being in the LEADERSHIP team, you can see available roles here.
3. To sign up for membership, we will collect a small yearly fee of €28, which would be counted from the day the fee is paid. *See the following question in this form for more details.
4. All members agree to respect the rights and freedoms of all other members of this community. Any verbal, written, physical or any other form of attack or discrimination of any kind addressed to any other member of this association will not be tolerated and could result in membership termination.
5. All information stored by ESAlogika, including all internal documentation, is for the direct use of the association only and cannot be shared or saved for the private use of any member or associate. It will be stored in accordance with Data Privacy Laws in Spain.
6. In no event will either ESAlogika nor member be liable to each other or to any other member or third party under this agreement for the cost of procuring substitute goods or services, loss of property, loss of use, loss of data or any incidental, consequential, personal, direct, indirect or special damages, whether or not such party had advance notice of the possibility of such losses or damages.

This is a small source of funding for us to have a budget for various digital tools, platforms and physical costs that we incur while running this association. You money helps to support this community to have a further reach!

For full transparency, all current members have the right to request to see the full breakdown of funds. This request must be done in a written format addressed to either the Treasurer (Claudia), or the President (Ksenia).
