Thank you for your interest in attending the Girls Goals Soccer Program. 

The program will take place at EMFC Development Centre, 640 28 St NE, Calgary AB T2A 6R3.
The sessions will be held on Friday's between
6:00-7.00pm      7-10 years
7.00-8.00pm       11-14 years

Dates: January 9, 16, 23, 30 February 6, 13, 20 27
There is no charge for this program, just a desire to develop your passion and performance in soccer.

THE SESSIONS
The sessions seek to encourage girls of all abilities to be active, have fun and consider their participation into competitive soccer play with EMFC. If you have any questions in regards to this program please email technicaldirector@eastsidememorialfc.com

EMFC WAIVER
I hereby give my approval for the participation of my child in all activities under the jurisdiction of IESC (1991), operating as “Eastside Memorial FC”.  I do hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless all organizers, coaches, supervisors, managers, and officials appointed by the organizations including directors, officers, and employees, from any and all responsibilities for
injuries sustained by my child in connection with his/her participation in all program activities.  I authorize the Club and any of its agents to secure such medical advice and services they deem necessary for the health and safety of my child, including any person(s) transporting participants
to and from the activities.  I accept responsibility for all such actions taken on my child’s behalf, including financial responsibility in excess of benefits provided for my child by any medical plan.
 
I give permission to the International Eastside Soccer Club (1991), operating as Eastside Memorial FC (The Club) for my child to be photographed during regular activities
(practice, game, development sessions or tournament; and give permission to the club for my child’s photograph to be used to promote the program through our website, our Instagram, Twitter or Facebook page, and other advertising. Names will not be shown or tagged.

PRIVACY POLICY
Eastside Memorial FC will not use the individual information or credit information provided for any purpose other than for registration and payment for Eastside Memorial FC players.
