VoiceSPA is a physical workshop that combines tension release and voice training. We will work with a series of physical exercises that train the foundation of your voice. These exercises will strengthen your voice, make it clearer and more communicative, and help build endurance.
Leading this workshop is Inger Ohlén, voice and singing coach and alumna of Musikhögskolan i Malmö. This workshop is given in English and is open to both new participants and participants who have attended previous workshops in Swedish or English.
Wear: comfortable clothing and shoes.
Bring: a water bottle and, if you prefer not to borrow equipment, your own blanket or warm clothing for the tension-release portion of the session and your own yoga mat.
We have space for a maximum of 16 participants on a first come, first served basis.
NOTE! The start time is 12:45. This workshop does involve physical movement so we recommend eating lunch early.
