The festival takes place on Sunday, Nov. 16th. at Star Hill Ranch in Bee Cave.

All volunteers should expect to arrive between 8 and 9am to get set up, park and get familiar with property.

VIP opens at 11am and GA opens at Noon.

This year, the venue's staff will be placing tables and tents for vendors. Volunteers can expect to participate in these tasks:
-Scanning tickets at the door

-Monitoring and assisting in the VIP lounge

-Assisting vendors as needed (for supplies)

-Assisting festival managers and staff

-Collecting trash as needed

In return for volunteering, you will receive the following: A volunteer badge, mac & cheese tastings and beverage tickets. A limited number of festival t-shirts and hats are available to volunteers. *

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS *

I understand that I am volunteering my services to Austin Mac & Cheese Fest and will not receive any monetary compensation for my services.

I agree to work in a safe manner under the guidance and supervision of the festival staff.

I agree to arrive for my scheduled shift on time, and to advise the Austin Mac & Cheese Festival staff well in advance if my availability changes.

I agree to advise the festival staff if I am unable to complete an assigned task for any reason.

I agree to inform the festival staff and emergency personell immediately if I sustain an injury while undertaking volunteering activities.

I will not arrive to the festival under the influence of any substances that will impede your ability to volunteer.
