Join us for the Virtual 2020 AAYLC!
***In observance of the current directive from our State, City, and County officials as well as the public health guidance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 28th annual Asian American Youth Leadership Conference will move to a virtual format on April 24, 2020, and postpone the in-person event to 2021.
The Asian American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) is an annual high school program that invites students across Oregon and SW Washington to learn and share in Asian and Pacific Islander topics, promote education, build self-confidence, and develop leadership skills. The program is organized by a team of volunteers and is presented by the Chinese American Citizens Alliance Portland Lodge. We are delighted to host students of diverse backgrounds and high schools each year.
This year, for the 28th annual AAYLC, we invite students to join us virtually. The Virtual 2020 AAYLC will be a FREE condensed version of the full conference. The Student Ambassador program, Scholarship Contest, and Logo Design Competition are still active this year. We appreciate your understanding during this new transition and look forward to welcoming you all to a very insightful and enriching event!
