Food and Retail Vendors Application
The PITMASTER BBQ and Music Festival is an experienced-based special event that festival goers (especially food tourists) can enjoy the delicious taste of barbecue from up to six nationally known masters of PIT cooking, as well as live country, rock, and blues music. This two-day event will have activities for all ages to enjoy including a food and craft vendors, PITCulinary tent of activities and classes, PITGarden of Colorado's craft beer and wine, backyard family games, and more.

Pricing Information
Things All Vendors Should Know
Vendors should plan to be open during all hours of the Festival. Vehicular traffic on Festival grounds will not be permitted during open hours. Vendors shall be assigned two (2) parking passes and should park in designated vendor areas or general parking. If booth space must be supplied each day by vehicle, it must be completed one (1) hour prior to the opening of the Festival. Deliveries by vehicle will not be permitted after these times.

As of August 5, 2018 there are currently 3 vendor spaces remaining.

General Information
-- 25 booth spaces available for the 2018 PITMASTER BBQ and Music Festival.
-- Paid application is not a guarantee of booth space until acceptance notification is sent.
-- There is no discount for purchase of multiple booths.
-- Every vendor must carry liability insurance with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000
for damage to property. Insurance must include products liability.
-- Vendor booth space is limited Priority and will be given on a first come first basis.
-- Vendors are responsible for their own heavy-duty extension cords.
Vendor Details
Vendors must complete an Application for Vendor Business License (along with the appropriate fee). The application is located at and should be completed online. Click on "Registration of the Business" and select Vendor Type of Business. Please send a copy of your Vendor Business License to

-- All rules and regulations of the Eagle County Health Department must be adhered to
during the Festival.
-- Food vendors must submit a complete menu for approval during the application process.
Any changes to proposed menu after acceptance must be approved by the Event
-- Food vendors will be notified of our sponsors' exclusive sales rights and you will be
required to purchase only these items if you choose to serve them.
-- Ice runners will be available throughout the Festival hours selling bags of ice to Food
Vendors. The bags of ice are sold for $4/bag and will added to your bill.

Retail Vendor Details
For retail vendors, please note the following information:

-- The retail recreational sales of marijuana or the distribution of information
is not allowed in Avon. Grow and manufacturing facilities are also prohibited.
