BUSD Computer Access Survey and Chromebook Request Form Per Student
BUSD is working hard to deliver technology-based materials to all students. BUSD would like to offer Chromebooks to BUSD families that do not have a computer for students to use at home. Families can checkout a Chromebook to use for the for the board approved 100% Virtual Learning Model for the 20-21 School Year. The model will be revisited at the end of First Quarter. A Chromebook can be checked out for each enrolled BUSD Student.
Students with computer access can login to their BUSD issued Google accounts from most any computing device including cell phones. Desktop and laptop computers work best with BUSD student Google accounts. We do not recommend using a cell phone or tablet.
Chromebooks provided by BUSD will have strict web content filtering. Chromebooks are to be used by BUSD students for school work. Chromebooks require internet access. Chromebook will need to be picked up at the Baboquivari School Administration Office located at Highway 86 MP 115.5 Sells, AZ, 85634.
Upon completion of this form, BUSD will reach out to you to confirm a pickup time. Legal Guardians must be present to pick up a Chromebook.
Chromebooks must be returned when requested by BUSD. A fee will be charged if Chromebooks are not returned in good working condition. A sign out from will need to be completed during pickup. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the checkout process. Feedback will be used to better serve our learning community.
