Mag-usap tayo or "Let's talk" about mental health. In honoring Filipino American History Month, we are changing its format from being a once-a-month psychoeducational session to a WEEKLY SUPPORT GROUP for this month only. This is for those who identify as Filipinx/a/o.
This is an OPEN GROUP so it is important to register and the first session is highly recommended.
There are 4 sessions total. Max 15 participants. Based on majority attendance, each participant will receive a certificate of completion at the end.
For every session you attend, you increase your chances in an opportunity drawing to win miscellaneous prizes including gift cards, self-care items, and more. Refreshments will be provided.
If you are unable to attend a session, you may request an excused absence by notifying the facilitators with a 24-hour notice.
