SOMA XLVIII - School Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in SOMA 2020!

We are excited to host you and your delegates and we want you to know that we intend to make SOMA 2020 exceptionally engaging and the registration process as smooth as possible. To help us in our efforts, please fill out the form below so that know precisely how many delegates will be attending and the various requirements they may have. Independent delegates may have parents or guardians act as their supervisor, but should indicate so in their entry.

All students wishing to apply as delegates must fill out the following form:

We are pleased to announce that we are offering early registration savings of $20 per delegate if your school registers before November 22nd. All registrations received by this date are only $90 per delegate, otherwise, the regular registration fee of $110 per delegate will apply.

It is also important to note that in the event that your school needs to change the number of registered delegates, you must let us know immediately so that we can efficiently facilitate those changes and arrange reimbursements if required.

Please also ensure that all fees are paid by cheque and be made payable to “University of Toronto Schools”. Once UTS sends your school the invoice for registration, mail UTS the fee by cheque as soon as possible so that we can confirm your delegation's attendance. Your school's attendance to SOMA XLVIII can only be confirmed once delegate fees are paid and received. UTS will receive cheques until the firm deadline of March 20, 2020.

Delegate fees paid to UTS can be fully reimbursed until February 21, 2020 and 50% reimbursed until March 20, 2020. These deadlines are firm. All cancellations made after March 20, 2020 are non-refundable.

*For schools considering how the work-to-rule job action may impact registration for SOMA, please note that SOMA is wholly considering this. Please reach out to us with any concerns you may have as we are determined to help your delegation work around this.

In order for the Secretariat to best gauge the experience level of your students, please briefly describe your school’s MUN program. Remember that SOMA welcomes new students and new schools, and that we will do our best to accommodate all students, regardless of their prior MUN experience.
