This form is a request for pickup and or drop off to Indianapolis airport for the IBF conference.
Completion of this form is not a guarantee. Shuttle bus seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.
After completing this form, the IBF team will review and you will receive an email that will indicate whether your pick-up and/or drop off have been verified. Your reservation is not confirmed until you reply to that email. If plans change, please let IBF know immediately.
Please complete this survey once per travel group (i.e. everyone in your party will be on same inbound and same outbound flight). If you only need one way trip, please indicate when appropriate.
Note also there is only one pickup from Indianapolis airport: 2 PM, Wednesday, July 1, and only one drop-off to Indianapolis airport: leaving campus at noon on Sunday, July 5, usually arriving at the airport at 2 pm.
