Class Objectives
Learn the Theology behind Healing in the Church from Apostolic Times to Today.
Learn various forms of healing: Inner healing, Physical healing, deliverance.
To receive the Holy Spirit so to be empowered to do God’s work.
Learn to use and identify the various gifts of the Spirit that God has given each of us particularly.
Learn how to pray with people for healing using these gifts.
Learn how to discern obstacles to healing.
Grow in confidence in the Power of God working in each of us when we act in faith.

Lesson 1: Theology of Healing. Baptism in the Spirit: Awakening the Gift of Confirmation.
Lesson 2: How to Pray with Someone
Importance of Confidentiality
How to Pray with Faith/Confidence
Praying with the gifts: words of knowledge/prophecy, images and the like
Roles in Praying
Lesson 3: Overcoming Obstacles: Renunciations, Forgiveness, Claiming the truth, Breaking Chains
Lesson 4: Practicum in Small Groups
