The Fine Print
If you’re like us you don’t like legalese either. It’s stuffy, crusty, and difficult to read. Few people like it but in rare cases it's necessary, so here is the Bookstore Agreement, in plain English.
We, the Drupal Association, or Seller, is going to:
We're going to sell your stuff!
And we'd like you, the Goods Owner, to:
Tell us what you're bringing and get your stuff to the conference.
Get us the Goods!
Walk Up: If you're bringing your merchandise yourself, we'll be accepting inventory onsite at the Bookstore (by Registration) from 9:00am-4:00pm on Monday, March 19, 2012.
Shipping: If you're shipping your items ahead, there may be Materials Handling charges incurred depending on weight.

How will people know about your awesome t-shirt / book / stickers / beer mugs if you don't tell them! Tell the world online, and then come hang out with us in the Bookstore and try your hand at some old-fashioned marketplace pitching.
DrupalCon Bookstore Hours of Operation
One of the great things about attending DrupalCon is landing a sweet deal at the conference bookstore! For this reason, we ask all merchandise be sold at a discount off the item's published price. If you give us a price now, and then later decide to lower the price even further, just let us know in writing.
Proceeds from Sale
After the conference, the Drupal Association will retain a commission of 15% of total sales (before sales tax) and will send you a check for the remaining sales amount by Friday, April 6, 2012.
Unsold Merchandise at Conference Close
When the conference is over, come collect any unsold merchandise between 5:00pm-6:00pm on Thursday, March 22 from the Bookstore. Any merchandise left after 6:00pm on Thursday, March 22nd will be shipped back to you within fourteen days of the conference and any costs with the shipment will be deducted from the sales balance(s) due. If there are insufficient funds to cover the cost of shipping, Drupal Association will send you an invoice for the remaining shipping cost.
