Proverbs 19:20-21 tells us “Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.“

Students: In grades 9-12, give serious thought and prayer to developing your Graduation Plan that you started in middle school. Include specific subjects and skills you are interested. Explore programs of study that meet your strengths and aptitudes. And start paying attention to upcoming assessments like the ACT and SAT.

Parents: If you have already identified that your high schooler has unique strengths, interests, or challenges, add your perspective to these plans and discussions. Reach out to the CCS principal and guidance counselor to discover what options are available for your student.
