Show Info
1. One entry form per horse and rider combination.
2. NO fax or phone entries.
3. Participants will be invoiced for classes via PayPal and need to be paid promptly.
4. Attire: No shorts or soft shoes. Boots with one‐inch heels should be worn.
5. Helmets: All riders must wear ASTM/SEI approved equestrian safety helmet while mounted.
6. Classes may be combined or cancelled (manager’s decision).
7. All Tests are the current USAWE tests. Show conducted according to USAWE rules.
8. Schedule: Riders with multiple horses entered in different classes will be scheduled with the goal to allow 45 minutes between rides. Please provide your own support to accommodate that timeframe.
9. Riders riding multiple horses in the same class may have less than 45 minutes between rides, please plan accordingly.
10. Awards: Ribbons 1st through 4th place. Ties to be broken by higher overall collective scores on test.
11. Scored Tests will be available when the class is complete.
12. Unclaimed tests/ribbons or music will be held at show office for 2 days after show. If you cannot stay for results after your ride, please designate someone to pick them up. Unclaimed materials will not be mailed.
13. Preliminary Ride Times and course walk time will be posted online by Wednesday evening.
14. Haul-in or Stabling: If you get a stall do not pay a haul in fee.
Haul-in Fee: $25 (Horse must be attended to when at trailer)
Day stall: $35 (matted stall no bedding, bedding $15 per bale)
Overnight stall: $65 (2 bags of shavings included)
Limited number of stalls available. First come, first serve.
NOTE: Stall required for stallions.
14. Non-competing entry: $35 per entry. Must complete show entry and pay haul‐in or stall fee.
15. Post/Late Entry: Post (or late) entry is $25.00 and is additional to class entry fee.
16. Changes: Any entry changes after closing date for classes/tests, or Horse/Rider change is $10.00 per change.
17. Incomplete Entries will have an additional $10.00 office fee.
18. All test will be ridden in outdoor competition arena, full size (20m X 40m).
Show Rules
1. Parking: Parking attendant will direct parking.
2. Facility Use: Horses can only be tied to trailers or inside their stall.
3. No horses other than resident horses are allowed in cross-ties or wash bay area in front of main barn.
4. Lunging allowed in designated areas only.
5. No modifications or nailing/screwing on or in stalls allowed. Any damage to stalls will incur a minimum $150 damage fee.
6. No Drones for any reason.
7. Dogs: Well behaved, non-barking leashed dogs allowed at management discretion.
8. Decisions: All judges’ decisions are final. If a judge or management decides that an animal is not fit to show, the decision will be final.
9. Disputes: Any disputes or problems during the show should be brought to the attention of the show manager.
10. Disqualification:
Grounds for disqualification and expulsion without a refund:
· unsportsmanlike conduct
· use of severe bits or training devices
· unruly or out-of-control horses
· mistreatment of any horse or student as determined by management or judges
· exhibiting a horse that is exhausted, injured, or lame
11. NSF Checks or declined Credit Card: Returned checks (NSF, stop payment) or declined credit card will have a fee of $50.00.
12. Refunds: Prior to closing date, full refund except office fee. No refund after closing date. The only exception is if the weather forces cancellation or shut down of show. In the event of a show cancellation all fees will be refunded.
13. Concessions are not available on the show grounds. Drinks (hot and cold) and small snacks are available to purchase.

Administrative Fee - $25
Trial L1- $70 (Dressage and Ease of Handling)
Trial L2-L7 $105 (Dressage, EOH, Speed)
Review with Judge after EOH round - $25
Extra round (not to be counted for class placings) $25
Non-Competing entry- $35 (use of warm up arena and course on breaks)
Day Stable - $35 (matted stall no bedding – Bedding $15/bale)
Overnight stall - $65 (2 bags of shavings included)
Haul-in fee if working out of horse trailer (no stall)- $25
Dry camping $25
