Woman's Choice Perinatal Services is excited to announce our second ever Birth Symposium! This event will be held on June 19th (Juneteenth) (with a rain date of June 26th) from 1pm to 5pm. This event will primarily focus on services and offerings that are available to families who are in and close to the Waterbury area. Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own table and a canopy if they so choose. Table fees are required and are considered a donation to our non profit. So you can write this expense off if need be. Table donation fee is $50. This will be an outdoor event, with the exception of a few small workshops taking place for families within my office inside. Bathrooms and refreshments will be accessible. Xfinity wifi is available if you have Xfinity service. Otherwise you will need to have your own hotspot if you need internet for this event. This event will be shared via postcard mailings to hundreds of families in the area. We will also be paying for ads, in addition to sending newsletters to our over 4,000 followers and email subscribers combined. With help from you, our vendors - we can also build more traffic to the event.

Do you understand that this event is being held on Juneteenth and we absolutely will be advocating for Black birth justice during this event? We encourage vendors to have some sort of connection to the Black community or have special offerings available to the Black community.
