Driver Verification/Selfie Appointment Form
In view of the latest Government regulations in dealing with Covid-19 pandemic, ALL driver-partners are required to book an appointment to meet a representative in our GDCs for Driver Selfie Verification or New Driver Verification. Driver-partners who walk in without any appointment will NOT be entertained.
