A Human Library experience reimagined as a living, immersive space where stories are not read — they are encountered.

Hosted by Lahore Heritage Club, this version transforms a simple exchange of narratives into a full sensory day of exploration. Guests move through curated exhibits, soundscapes of live music, and thoughtfully designed social spaces that encourage presence, curiosity, and conversation.

Instead of traditional storytelling, individuals become “living books,” sharing personal journeys shaped by travel, education, culture, memory, humour, struggle, and transformation. Each conversation is an open invitation to understand a life beyond labels.

This is not a passive event , it is participatory. Visitors are encouraged to engage, question, reflect, and connect in ways that feel natural and unforced. Do NOT share your titles with your friends or partners coming to this event to maintain an element of surprise

At its core, this Human Library is about proximity to humanity: sitting across from someone and discovering that every person holds a world worth listening to.

We will not be accepting stories that contain graphic violence, hate speech, explicit content, or themes that may be distressing to participants *
