Peer Tutoring Request Form
Peer tutoring is available for any student who would like extra help in a subject or class. Tutoring requests will be processed by NHS (National Honor Society) and you will be informed about your peer tutor and time slot as soon as possible via your email. You will be scheduled for one session only, so if you would like more tutoring please inform your tutor at your meeting. If you have any questions, email NHS at stoganhs@gmail.com.

**If you need a tutor for less than 5 sessions, please see the NHS tutors already stationed in the achievement center for help.
