Please be as specific in your answers as possible.  For example if the event is at the Union, where in the Union?  It's a big place.  Also note that due to FCC regulations, we cannot mention prices (including FREE).  What we can do is say "more information is available at (Instagram account, webpage, etc)" so please be sure to give us a place where we can send people for more information.  

Your announcement will read something like the following:

"Students for making donuts the state food will be holding their weekly meeting this Friday, December 25th at 3pm in the Student Union room 135. Topics will include routine business as well as the upcoming march for donuts rally.  Registration is required and there is an entry fee.  More information is available at the instagram donutsforall or www.getmemoredonuts.com"
