Welcome to the Hawai‘i Island Veterans Day Parade Entry Form!
THANK YOU. We are thrilled you/your group plans to participate because of all you do for our island. Feel free to tell others to join you. This Entry form must be filled out to be registered for the 2025 Hawaii Island Veterans Day Parade. Before you submit it, please pay special attention to the narrative of your group included in this entry form. Make it concise, easy, and fun for our multiple announcers along the route to read and highlight your message. Tell others how you support them and offer thanks to our Veterans who signed up to pay the ultimate sacrifice to serve us all.
PLEASE HELP. Parades take donations and plenty of volunteers. We have been blessed with generous support over the years and with talented volunteers. YOU CAN Help! PLEASE spread the word as we plan to share again in the magic of a parade as special as ours where SERVICE is our focus. We look forward to creative ideas that highlight our military, community groups/leaders, and businesses making a difference every day. All support and donations are welcome.
REGISTER. As a participant, your first responsibility is to MEET OUR REGISTRATION DEADLINE for submission - Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Our Volunteers want to avoid late hours of effort because you did not submit it on time. If you have not registered by this date, you may still join our parade * (*with this understanding - your narrative may be modified to meet time limits and the parade intent, or NOT INCLUDED if received late)
PARADE DAY. Line up will begin at 8:00 am (arrive NLT 9:15 am) on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Wailoa State Park near the King Kamehameha Statue. Parade numbers will be provided at our Registration Tent. All units will be listed by the name of the Sponsoring organization that you register under. DO NOT drop children in the middle of the street – please park and walk them to their floats or the staging area to meet their groups.
PLEASE NOTE -
We choose to hold our live parade on a SATURDAY to celebrate within a week of Veterans Day (11 Nov) starting at 10 am. Saturdays maximize participation and do not conflict with the many traditional island-wide ceremonies held on the 11th.
