DJCAD Pause or Pay, consisting of students from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design at the University of Dundee, have written an open letter to Deputy First Minister of Scotland and Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, John Swinney, and Minister for Further Education, Higher Education and Science, Richard Lochhead. The letter outlines the necessity for Scottish art and design schools to present their unique case to the devolved government.
