Please fill out separate registration forms for each child. We will reach out with a start date and time once we have registration completed. Practices will be determined by coaches availability.

Sports Engine will be used for communication. You will receive a link via email once you are registered. 

This program will be free for Madison residents. Children from surrounding towns are welcome to register for a $10 fee. Space is limited as we only have coaches for one team. Madison citizens have priority.
