After DBT Groups Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in group offerings after graduating DBT!  The after DBT groups are meant for those who have successfully completed our DBT program and are interested in keeping their skills sharp, getting support, and learning more ways to be skillful.

Ultimately, we hope these groups will help:
1. Recommit you to the skills,
2. Learn more skills and ways to apply them,
3. Be supported by others committed to the skills, and
4. Move you a little bit closer to a life worth living.

We will be reaching out with various group opportunities throughout the year. If you are interested in letting you know of a new group offering, please fill out the simple form below. You will learn more about the type of groups when they are offered.

In order to join an After DBT group, you will be asked to maintain the following: 

1) No Life Threatening behavior for at least 6 months prior to starting a group, 
2) engage in at least 20 hours of meaningful activity a week, 
3) make efforts to practice the skills in everyday life, 
4) and a commitment to building a life worth living. 

Do you acknowledge these requirements? (NOTE: you can say yes even if you don't meet the requirement and then work REALLY hard on meeting it before starting a future group)
