Lancaster Pride 2017 Vendor Application
Lancaster's 11th Pride Festival & Celebration will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Binns Park, N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603, from 12 noon until 6 PM. This outdoor festival will feature an array of talented entertainment, varied vendor offerings from arts and crafts to Pride regalia, and a full menu of food offerings. Pride celebrates the lives of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Questioning folks as well as their Allies. Please come and share in our celebration of pride and diversity. To register for Lancaster Pride, complete and return this application by June 1, 2017. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Lancaster Pride and mailed along with this application to: LGBT Center of Central PA, 1306 N 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Forms may also be returned to info@lancasterpapride.com. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. NO REFUNDS. This event is family and pet friendly. All pets must be leashed, licensed, and up-to-date on vaccinations. (Please, clean up after your pet).

What type of vendor are you?
Food vendors must have a City Health/Mercantile License in order to participate in this event and must comply with the City of Lancaster’s Bureau of Health regulations which are kept on file at City Hall. To obtain a food license, please contact Eileen Bauer at the Health Department at 717-291-4707.

Electricity is available for $30 for non-food vendors. Personal generators may not be used. Water is accessible; however no water hookup is available.
PA Sales License Number
All vendors selling taxable items must have a PA sales tax number. If you do not already have one, you can obtain one at www.pa100.state.pa.us. It is the responsibility of each vendor to apply for this prior to the day of festival. Vendors who do not have this license WILL NOT be able to participate in Lancaster Pride 2017. This license must also be displayed at your booth.

All vendor spots are allotted 2 wristbands. Extras must be purchased in advance and will be sent to you or available at the gate. How many additional wristbands do you need? ($5 each)

Booth Size Note
Booth size is a 10’ x 10’ maximum area for regular vendors and 15 x 10 for food vendors. If a vendor needs more space they may purchase more which is $30 for every 5 feet. Vendors must come self-contained. Packaging and food waste generated by vendors must be taken to the designated dumpster area or home with the vendor. Vendors who do not comply will be surcharged $100.00 and may not be asked to participate in Lancaster Pride 2018.
