Pre-Departure-events 2024 in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka
About the event
The Embassy of Sweden invites students admitted to Swedish universities to Pre-Departure-events in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Join us for a unique opportunity to hear more about how it is to Study in Sweden, and receive information about the visa application process. At the event you'll meet Embassy staff, alumni, and in some cities even representatives from Swedish Universities will participate. 

Times, dates and venues
All events are from 6 pm.-7.30 pm. 
  • 22 April, Hotel Manaslu, Kathmandu, Nepal
  • 23 April, The Swedish Embassy in New Delhi, India
  • 24 April, The Renai Hotel, Cochin, India
  • 25 April, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels (Cathedral Road), Chennai, India
  • 26 April, Courtyard by Marriott, Colombo, Sri Lanka
The event will include a presentation by representatives from the Swedish Embassy in New Delhi, including the migration section, and alumni, followed by Q&A and a buffet dinner.

Detailed information such as programme and venues will be shared with registered participants. Last day to register is Friday 12 April.
