This 2-DAY training will cover such topics as improving workplace communication, how to navigate conflicts, and will provide expert advice on how to break through gender barriers on important issues facing women in S.E.I.U. Local 99 and the workforce at large. Attendees will be inspired to new levels of success through fun, powerful, breakthrough activities that will help women overcome personal and professional barriers, and gain confidence in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Each attendee will receive APPROVED release time, training kits, certificates of completion.
