Details of the project:
This is the first round of public engagement sessions for Edmonton Transit Bus Network Redesign project. The new bus network is the first major action coming out of the 2017 Transit Strategy, and there will be others coming.
The change to the bus routes affects thousands of Edmontonians and is deeply impactful for people who rely on ETS to get to work, doctors’ appointments, school, grocery stores, recreation and many other places. The City of Edmonton is seeking feedback on the routes and to help adapt and adjust the draft plan.
Until June 14th there will be a survey available online and community engagement events taking place across the City to talk with people about the draft design and collect feedback that will help to refine the draft next before a second round of engagement in the fall of 2018. Each of our workshops are a drop in style, offer a child activity station and also offers snacks and can be adapted to meet the needs of workshop participants.
