HelpLine Utility Form
**The HelpLine will be closed starting Dec 18th and will reopen on Jan 4th. We will not be able to assist with any new applications during that time.**

Please fill out this form to submit a request for help with a utility bill. We are only able to assist residents of Rockbridge County. In the past, RARA required you to provide a cut-off notice. This is not required at this time, but other eligibility requirements apply, including having a past due bill. Someone from RARA will call you back within 24 business hours to complete the full application.

All other requests (rent, shelter, etc) must be made by phone at (540) 463-6642. Phone applications are accepted Monday-Thursday 9:30am-12pm.

If you need food assistance, the Drive-Thru Food Pantry is open Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 2:30-4:30pm and Saturday from 10am-12pm. You may also schedule a pick-up order at another time at
