Wooden Chanter Top with Stop Key ($600)

This allows you to conveniently stop the air flow through the chanter to tune and/or play drones and/or regulators. Otherwise, you would have to pull the chanter from the stock and stop the flow of air with the finger. The standard chanter top is made of brass or nickel tubing. The mechanism uses gravity and air pressure to activate the valve.
