Elements at CrossFit DC
We're scheduling the next Elements cycle and wanted to find out what days and times work best before confirming coaches. Please take a moment to let us when and where you'd be able to take the course!
As info, the $199 course includes the 4 elements classes as well as 2 CrossFit classes upon completion. It also includes $50 off your first month of membership if you decide to join.
A brief overview of what we cover in the Elements Course:
Class 1: Squat, Press, Deadlift, Jump Rope Skills, Various Bodyweight Movements
Class 2: Front Squat, Push Press, Thruster, Pull Ups, Rowing
Class 3: Olympic Snatch, Box Step-Ups and Box Jumps
Class 4: Olympic Clean, Wall Balls, Kettlebell Swings
