Thank you for your interest in the Peer Relations Lab! Our lab examines how interpersonal experiences, particularly with peers, impact adolescent development through a wide range of experiences including nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI), suicidal ideation, and health-risk behaviors (e.g., sexual- and drug-related behaviors). Students with an interest in adolescence, developmental psychology and/or clinical psychology related to these areas may be most likely to find that our lab offers interesting and valuable experiences. Furthermore, we are strongly committed to increasing diversity in the field of psychology. We welcome members from all different backgrounds including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.
