Eliot Chapel Nursery School Registration 2025-26
Please fill out this form to register for the 2025-2026 school year.  An $80 registration fee is required from all families to hold a spot.  If you are a current family, the registration fee will be added to your next statement and the tuition deposit will be added to your statement due May 1st. 

If you are a returning family or a new family, please pay the $80 registration fee + Tuition Deposit via check or venmo @ECNS216.  The monthly tuition payment is listed next to the class options.  Tuition is paid monthly from September to May.

Registration opens to current and returning families on Monday, February 3 at 8:00am.  Registration opens to new families on Wednesday, February 5 at 8:00am.  All forms will be time stamped and processed in the order they are received.
