NEXT ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT BY July 15th. IF ACCEPTED, FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Declined application fees will be returned via paypal or check.

Late applications will be accepted if space is available.

We are offering a limited amount of spaces to Artists and Vendors, and we invite you to apply.

A booth fee for the two-day event provides you a fairly level space in the forest that will accommodate a 10 x 10’ booth and the opportunity to offer your wares or services. We ask that you abide by the rules, and you must agree to the terms and conditions below and sign a terms and conditions form the day of the event. Discounted fees are available for educational and non-profit booth spaces.

We are accepting applications for Visual Arts, Crafts, Spiritual, Holistic and Healing Arts, Vegetarian Food Offerings and other items related to the vision of the event. We are NOT accepting applications for imported or manufactured goods for resale unless approved by Big Bear Yoga Festival. We prefer animal-free products but will consider recycled or humanely gathered items. This is a vegetarian event.

EVENT HOURS: 9am – 4pm Saturday AND 9am - 1:30pm Sunday

Note: Both days are OPTIONAL for vendors. You can choose to attend one day only or both days. We encourage you to attend both days. The fees are the same if you decide to vend one day only.

VENDOR SET UP: 7:30am – 9am Saturday and/or 7:30am - 9am Sunday *No overnight security is provided - leave items at your own risk.

REGISTRATION OPENS: 8am

VENDING HOURS: You are encouraged to open early and stay open late as we received feedback that students like to shop and meet vendors after the last class.

MINIMUM VENDOR HOURS: 9am – 4pm Saturday AND/OR 9am - 1:30pm Sunday

TEAR DOWN: 4pm – 6pm Saturday and/or 1:30 - 3:30pm Sunday. No early tear down.

We love our vendors at Big Bear Yoga Festival, and we want to show you our love with these special Vendor Benefits:

- Have social media access, regular internet access and engage in all social media and communication about the festival, promotions, etc.
- Products and services must be in allignment with the Yamas and Niyamas of yoga. We prefer animal-free products but will consider recycled or humanely gathered items. This is a vegetarian event.

*Please email us: 1. A few (2-5) good quality photographs of your products or services at a reasonable file size to use in promotions. 600px is usually a good size for our needs. 2. A photo or sketch of your booth or booth layout. Email to ms.amandac@yahoo.com and include "BBYF 2023 Vendor" in the subject line. Google file / picture links are also accepted.
- Returning Vendors do not need to send photos or sketches of your booth layout unless it has dramatically changed or you have new photos you’d like to share with us for promotion.
- Pay the BOOTH FEE IN ADVANCE. Your application will NOT be considered without prepayment of the booth fee via PAYPAL or Credit Card: https://leafsfoundation.org/yogafestival/ or CHECK made out to: Leafs for Wellness Foundation, PO Box 2523, Big Bear City, CA 92314. Make sure to include a note that the payment is for a vendor booth. Please include your business name and contact information. If your application is not accepted, we will refund the booth fee via paypal.  IF ACCEPTED, FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
