APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:
Friday 12th October 2018 (For September start courses)
Friday 8th February 2018 (For January start courses)


Funding cannot be guaranteed where both stages of the application have not been met.


HOW TO APPLY:


Stage 1.

1) Complete the following online Funding Application Form and click submit at the end of the form.

2) You will receive a receipt email in the following days containing additional information on how to complete stage 2 as well as an invitation asking you to come to the college to meet with a member of the Welfare Team. Please also check you junk/spam folder for this email .


Stage 2.

Please bring in your PROOF OF INCOME in the form of ONE piece of evidence from the list below:

• Working Tax Credit or Child Tax Credit (ALL pages of the Tax Credit Award Notice for 2018/19 dated April 2018 onwards)
• Income Support (Award Letter which is dated April 2018 onwards)
• Universal Credit (Award Letter which is dated April 2018 onwards)
• Job Seeker’s Allowance (Award Letter which is dated April 2018 onwards)
• Employment Support Allowance (Award Letter which is dated April 2018 onwards)
• Pension Credit (Award Letter which is dated April 2018 onwards)
• If you are aged 16, 17 or 18 and are a Looked After Child or are with the Leaving Care Team, please bring in a letter from your social worker confirming this.
• If you are aged 19+ and live with parents/guardians you may use you own income as evidence. Please bring in pay slips covering the last 3 months, or any of the above benefit letters providing they are in your name.

The College collects information about all students for various administrative, academic and health and safety reasons. Due to the new legislation relating to GDPR, we need your consent before we can do this. Since we cannot operate a College effectively without processing information about you, we need you give your consent to the following consent to process clause.
