MSD Meal Order Form
Please use the following short order form if your enrolled students are needing meals(each day will consist of 1 breakfast and 1 lunch) on virtual days. Friday Meals will only be available on scheduled Friday's.
Orders must be completed no later than 7:00 am on pick-up days.
Pick-up days will be: Monday's and Wednesday's.
Pick-up place will be: High School in the back parking lot.
Pick-up time will be: 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
