As an Acquisition Manager, Paid Media at Tovala, you’ll be focused on building and optimizing our paid media channel strategy that drives customer acquisition. You’ll lead efforts to efficiently acquire new customers for Tovala across a variety of biddable and programmatic channels. This includes account optimization and maintenance, testing, ad copy creation, and consulting for overall strategy discussions.


About You

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer company. You’re a proven digital marketing manager with expertise in Facebook advertising for consumer brands. You can back this up with campaign results you drove.
- You love data analytics and have a knack for creating elegant reports to display KPIs.
- You’re familiar with performance marketing concepts like CPA, CAC, ROI, and LTV.
- You have a strong ability to rapidly learn new skills and an interest in learning about a variety of topics related to startup growth, including SEO, SEM, landing page conversion optimization, viral loops, data science, etc.
- You dream of unlocking new growth channels and using exceptional creative to drive results.

About the Role

- Acquire new customers via Tovala’s digital marketing channels, managing to aggressive efficiency and volume thresholds.
- Manage day-to-day operations of current paid media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, AdWords, Affiliate etc.) and identify, test, and scale new channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
- Plan and successfully manage to channel budgets.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on performance by channel.
