Willow Awards Book Grab Fundraiser Pre-Order

For a minimum donation of $20.00, you can pick up a package of 10 assorted books at the Shining, Diamond, or Snow level. It's a great value!
These books have been submitted by publishers to be considered as finalists for the Willow Awards. Many packages are available on a "first come first serve" basis. Books at each level will be randomly selected and each package will not include duplicates.
The Willow Board is running this event so that these books can be placed in the hands of children. We are also using this activity as an opportunity to raise much-needed funds to enable The Willow Awards to continue for another year.
With the changes to our world that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought, we are unable to hold an in-person fundraising event, as has been done in the past, hence this online format. COVID protocols will be followed at pick-up locations (wearing of masks; social distancing). Books will not have been handled in the previous 72 hours.
We will only be accepting CASH donations which will be collected when books are being picked up. Following the completion of this fundraiser, receipts will be sent out for all donations, with those exceeding $25.00 receiving a charitable donation tax receipt. All personal information will be destroyed following the issuing of receipts.
Pick-up information can be found near the bottom of this form. Pre-orders must be submitted 24 hours before your anticipated pick-up date, which you will indicate below. You will be notified if we cannot fill your order.

Diamond Willow and Shining Willow packages are sold out. There are a few Snow packages left in both pickup locations. Please make your selection for packages Snow in either Regina or Saskatoon. Remember 1 = 1 package of 10 books for $20.
Please indicate in which city you would like to pick up your package(s). An exact pick-up location will be emailed to you after March 15th.
Pick-up dates are March 20th and 27th (10:00 am - 5:00 pm) and March 25th (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm). Please indicate which date you are likely to attend. You may change your pick-up date, if necessary. Please follow COVID social distancing and masking protocols when picking up your book packages.
