Returning vendors from previous Christmas show will be given priority to reserve their previous booth location. However, we cannot guarantee exactly the same location for this show. We will do our best to set everyone up to optimize sales. New vendors will be evaluated together on or around March 1st of their application status. Applications CLOSE March 1st. Please be prompt with your application form!
Upon completion, you will be emailed a copy of your application. PLEASE SAVE THIS EMAIL so that you can reference it in the future.
All vendors will be placed in product categories (listed below) to maintain a fair number of vendors per product type.
We will still accept a small group of import vendors with manufactured product; these spaces are saved primarily for returning vendors. Upcycled/recycled products count as handmade and will be placed throughout the event. We are particularly interested in EARTH friendly products, as our market will be held on Earth Day.
All vendor booths have at least one open corner (we cannot guarantee this for 5'x10' spaces). The layout will be relatively the same for the 2018 event, so you can request the same booth number. We cannot guarantee EXACTLY the same location for vendors participating in the November show, as we cannot guarantee we will be using the entire convention centre.
Please be advised that 5'x10' spaces are extremely small and cannot fit more than one rented table. If you are unfamiliar with this size layout, we encourage you to experiment with your set up before the event.
All vendor booths come with Wifi included for the weekend. Instructions will be shared before the event. Booth fees DO NOT include power, tables, chairs or pipe/drape; these items are available for rent.
Sharing booths is allowed; however, all vendors must submit their own application.
Full payment of your booth and all amenities is due by April 15th. Payments are acceptable in two installments. Non-paying booths will be replaced with new vendors by that date.
Payment can be made via cheque or e-transfer. Cheques will be deposited with booth acceptance, or destroyed if not accepted. E-transfers will be accepted upon application, and refunded if denied a booth within the evaluation period.

> No pop-up tents are permitted> Any food or beverage that is sold by the exhibitors must be for consumption off premises> Any sample food portions must be of 2 oz or smaller> There will be no dismantling of any aspect of your booth before closing time on either day. Please honor your fellow vendors by staying open the full hours. Not following this rule is grounds for not being invited back.
