Request Company Dollar be Waived
Associate must have closed $500,000 in closed volume in the past 12 months to be eligible to request a waiver of Company Dollar.  Company Dollar can be waived on ONE personal property and ONE investment property each year.  Associate must be listed on the Settlement Statement to qualify as a personal transaction.  If Associate is not capped on KWRI Royalty, there will still be a deduction for the 6% of the GCI due to KWRI.
