Camp Registration

We are excited for the return of Covington Day Camp! 

August 12-16, 2024.  

Camp fills up quickly, so please pay close attention to the dates for registration.

Covington Day Camp is staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers to provide a safe and fun camp experience for a wide range of campers.

Camp McCullough is a private property located on Pipe Lake, in Covington, WA.

Camp is open to any Girl Scout entering 1st through 12th grade in fall 2024. Campers are assigned to units by grade level. Everyone has an opportunity for swimming, boating, games, songs, crafts, and more.

Please provide the following information about your camper. NOTE: USE A NEW SURVEY FORM FOR EACH CAMPER YOU ARE REGISTERING!

There are 3 parts to our registration process: 

PART ONE is on-line registration. PART TWO is physical paperwork. PART THREE payment. Payment can be made on our website under the "Products" tab. Be aware that all registrations will be processed in the following order: online registration, complete paperwork (all required forms) and camp fees received by the camp Registrar.

Your full registration confirmation will be emailed once we have received your camper's completed paperwork.


Please read all questions carefully, as you are responsible for the accuracy of all information.   Please only fill out the form once. Within 7 days of your completed online form, physical paperwork, and payment or deposit, you will receive an email that it have been received and your camper has been added to our roster.

Girl Scouts of Western Washington
Is the camper a registered Girl Scout for 2023-2024 membership year? To attend camp, Girl Scouts of Western WA requires that all of our campers are currently registered members of Girl Scouts.

To register for a Girl Scout Membership an additional $25 membership fee is collected by Girl Scouts of Western WA for GSUSA and therefore cannot be refunded or transferred.

Girl Scout camp is about enjoying the outdoors and building relationships with other campers/Program Aids. Staff is focused 100% on camper/Program Aid safety and making sure that they have a positive camp experience. As a result, we request that campers/Program Aids bring no electronic equipment to camp. This includes cell phones, Ipods, mp3, tablets (Ipads, Kindles, etc), etc. Any electronic equipment brought to camp will be held by our first aid and returned to adults at check out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

As parent/guardian having legal custody of the camper named, who is voluntarily enrolled as a participant in the Girl Scouts of Western Washington day camp program, I agree to instruct my camper to observe rules and regulations governing the activities. I understand that camping programs involve inherent risk and possible injury because of the nature of the activity, even when conducted in a safe manner. I give permission for my camper to attend camp and participate in all phases of the program. I understand that a statement of their good health is required before they may attend.
