CAC Parent Survey
We want your feedback!  Canadian Adventure Camp continues to strive for excellence and your input is very valuable in helping us make changes to maintain top quality.  Your feedback and suggestions will help improve the place we love so much and continue to help us promote camp to new families all over the world.  A separate camper survey link is available on our website for your camper(s).  We can hardly wait to get your important feedback, ideas and camper memories!  

As a thank you for your time, your name (if provided) will be entered into a draw for a chance to win 1 of 5 Special Edition CAC engraved insulated stainless steel bottles.  The deadline for the draw is October 31st.  Winners will be announced via email and posted on our Facebook Page.
