Welcome to the application for the
Fall 2026 cohort of Gathering to Rise, a leadership experience for Black, Indigenous, Latine, Arab, Middle Eastern, North African, Asian, and Pacific Islander women and gender-expansive people longing for a space to reconnect with themselves, deepen their alignment with purpose, and rise in community.
Building on the wisdom, relationships, and learnings that emerged from our inaugural cohort earlier this year, Gathering to Rise continues to offer a space for reflection, restoration, and courageous leadership in community.
Over three months, from September to November 2026, we’ll explore practices for sustaining liberatory leadership rooted in somatics, ancestral wisdom, imagination, and collective care. This virtual program includes three 3-hour group sessions (storytelling and grounding, small-group practice, and large-group wisdom sharing) and three 1:1 coaching sessions for personalized integration of the themes and tools we explore together. Exact session dates will be announced soon!
Applications are open until Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and participants will be notified beginning August 17 via email. This application helps us understand who you are, what you're navigating, and what you hope to receive from this experience. There are no “right” answers here; simply answer in your own voice and honor what feels true. Brief responses are welcome. We’re grateful you’re considering joining us.
Note: Due to current funding constraints, we can only offer a limited number of seats at each pricing tier. We created this space because we believe it's deeply needed, and we're actively working to grow our funding so future cohorts can reach more people. We welcome any recommendations or connections with potential partners.
