RSVP to the Austin ISD Teacher Career Fair on Saturday, April 13, 2024
We're so excited to have you join us for the 2024 Austin ISD Teacher Career Fair!  You will have the opportunity to meet campus Principals, make connections, and learn what it means when you call Austin ISD your home. 

When: April 13, 2024 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Where: Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 

For individuals that meet the minimum hiring standards for Austin ISD, opportunities for Pre-Hire will be extended at this event.  Attendance at the Career Fair does NOT guarantee a position.  Attendees do not need to be fully certified to attend the event.  Representatives will be available to answer questions about certification, or possible DOI/Waiver/Permit exceptions. 

We highly encourage you to apply for a teacher position in advance of the Career Fair. You can view and apply for our openings for 2024-2025 here.

Important information: *Bring a minimum of 10 copies of your current resume to provide to campuses; One resume will be used as your 'entrance ticket' to the event; on-site quick engagements will be available with campuses/depts.; opportunities to interview will be extended to individuals where the campus has a confirmed vacancy; you may bring a water bottle, as there are no public water fountains; you may also consider bringing a light jacket/sweater too.*
