This survey is being conducted with the goal of creating an open community resource that does the following:
- Helps conveners to select experienced and well-suited speakers for diverse conversations/events/panels
- That all community members can use it to connect with useful people in the network
- That experts* can earn speaking opportunities locally or even globally (*especially people from underrepresented groups in the startup world i.e. women +/or People Of Color +/or LGBTQI)

Your answers will be made public in an online platform for anyone to see. If you are not comfortable with this information being shared that do not include it. This survey is totally optional.

The creators are members of the startup community, mostly women, and a mix of POC and LGBTQ. We do not represent everyone, our hope is that this survey will help us all better represent ourselves and build a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive startup community.

Those who participate will be notified of next steps as they emerge.
