The workshop is being organised pro bono by all those involved. The workshop fee of Rs.2000 covers boarding and lodging costs and all the materials used in the workshop. A few partial waivers may be available for those unable to pay the full amount.
The arrangements for the boarding and lodging of participants at the venue will be simple and ashram-like. Sleeping arrangements will be on the floor (on mattresses), and the toilets are only Indian-style (there is no western WC at the venue).
Food served during the workshop will be simple, vegetarian, mostly organic, local cuisine.
The workshop will be conducted in English.
