HandyDART Riders and Allies Speak Out
For years, HandyDART riders have suffered from TransLink's declining service levels and increasing usage of taxis to fill routes instead of trained HandyDART drivers. Enough is enough! Our coalition of riders, disability advocates, and labour organizations are gathering testimonials from riders and caretakers for a campaign to improve the service and ensure that every rider can count on a safe, reliable, and respectful ride. 

If you are a HandyDART rider, caretaker, or ally who's experienced safety issues, poor wait times, or other problems using the service, and are willing to to either be part of a delegation to a decision-maker yourself or have your story shared by others, please fill out this form!
